By creating a FolioView account you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — they're short.

What FolioView is

FolioView is a portfolio analytics tool. You import broker exports (such as a Degiro Account Statement CSV); FolioView computes positions, realized P/L, dividend tracking, historical portfolio value, and broker fee comparisons. FolioView is not a brokerage, an investment adviser, or a tax adviser. Numbers shown are best-effort calculations from the data you provide and may differ from your broker's official statements.

Not investment advice

Nothing in FolioView constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. Charts, comparisons, and KPIs are informational. Investment decisions remain entirely your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Don't upload data that isn't yours, or that you don't have the right to process.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape other users' data, or reverse-engineer security controls.
Use of the service must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Service availability

FolioView is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime, and we may change or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of breaking changes.

Data, accounts, and termination

You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Danger zone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioView and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
